Hello Teachers!

We know that you often dip into your own pockets for our kids and we want you to dip into ours instead!

The PTA is dedicated to helping HSES enrich the experience of all students. We raise funds to give right back to the kids by funding YOUR requests to cover the cost of special (or even basic/essential) programs, events and supplies. We encourage you to apply for whatever is on your wish-list. Please submit your requests by the second Tuesday of each month.

The executive board reviews requests on a monthly basis and brings them to the general PTA membership meetings for a vote.

In recent years, we have approved funding for:

• 📚 Classroom supplies (notebooks, binders)

• 🐟 Seining on the Hudson

• 🥘 Food to supply the Food Studies classes

• 🐝 Teacher training (including bee keeping classes)

• 🏫 College tours

• 🎤Soundstage equipment

• And so much more!
